1. Group Leader arrives Sunday 6:30 am.
-Plug in/turn on 3 coffee makers

-Turn on ovens to 375 degrees F

-Turn on hot water booster

-Turn the dishwasher on

-Prepare Plate count sheet and sign-in sheet

-Name tags are in the back of the pantry. Place them on the counter in the kitchen.

-Ensure that volunteers sign in, wash hands, and don a clean apron.

-Remind cooks and servers to notify you of wasted food and why (spoilage, spills, etc). Approximate in pounds.

-Lock up refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and kitchen doors at the end of breakfast.

-An elevator is available for wheelchair-bound guests. The leader or another volunteer needs to open the exterior door from the inside to let the guest in.

-Collect documentation for breakfast (sign-in/out, plate count, volunteer forms, complaint forms). Fill out the breakfast summary and return all documentation to Phyllis Weare at the First Christian Church Office.
